LIN is widely used across a multitude of industries, whether in the food and beverage as an inert gas to exclude oxygen or to blast freeze fresh produce or in medical and agriculture to preserve and store specimens of one kind or another and of course in the oil and gas fields for purging pipework or as an inert blanket to prevent the ingress of moisture into certain chemicals or processes.
